Legal Notice

It is necessary to respect the intellectual property rights, denominations, trademarks and other legal titles of the Accolade Holding, a.s., with its registered office at Sokolovská 394/17, 186 00 Prague 8 - Karlín, Id. No.: 28645065, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal court in Prague File No.: B 19102 (hereinafter the “Accolade”) and third parties while using Accolade’s website and digital or other promotional materials. In particular all signs with the name and the mark (logo) of the Accolade, photography or audio-visual recordings presented by the Accolade are protected.

Since the logo and any other hereinbefore mentioned marketing tools represent a substantial part of the Accolade’s identity, they can be used solely with the prior written consent of the Accolade and solely in accordance with the format specified in the branding manual of the Accolade. Duplicating and distribution of any of the above stated Accolade’s marketing tools in any form without the prior written consent of the Accolade represents the breach of the copyright and competition law and constitutes the right of the Accolade to make all claims for damages and non-pecuniary damages arising from such a breach.
